  • How close are your vacation homes to Walt Disney World® Resort and other Orlando-area attractions?

    Walt Disney World's theme parks are a mere 6 miles away from Reunion Resort & Golf Club, while SeaWorld Orlando is 15 miles, and Universal Orlando Resort is approximately 20 miles from our resort. With multiple routes available, tailored to each theme park destination, we recommend utilizing Google Maps on your smartphone or GPS device to identify the most efficient route for your journey. For added convenience, Reunion Resort takes pride in offering complimentary scheduled transportation from the Reunion Grande front-drive to Disney Parks for guests with approved amenity access.

  • How do I make a reservation for one of the Reunion Resort & Golf Club Vacation rentals?

    To reserve one of our Reunion Resort vacation rentals, you can securely book online directly through our website 24/7. Alternatively, you can contact any of our Reunion Resort Reservations Specialists toll-free at 1-833-258-0472 (option 2 – Press 3), or at 407-662-1000 for calls outside the USA and Canada. Upon reservation, a 20% deposit is required. For reservations made less than 30 days prior to your arrival, full payment will be due at the time of booking. Payments will be processed using the credit card provided unless alternative payment arrangements have been made.

  • What is the deposit amount required to reserve one of your vacation rental units?

    To secure your vacation rental, a deposit of 20% of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking. Please note that this deposit becomes non-refundable 48 hours after the initial booking.

  • When is the final balance due for vacation rentals?

    The final balance will be charged 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

  • Will I be staying in the specific vacation rental home that I booked?

    Yes, once you booked a specific home it is blocked exclusively for your reservation dates. In the event of a rental property becoming unavailable through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond our control, Reunion Resort will seek to offer alternative accommodations. In the event alternative accommodations cannot be secured or are unacceptable to you, the company will refund all monies paid to the company.

  • How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions?

    All pertinent confirmation details and arrival instructions will be conveniently delivered to your email inbox. Once your reservation is finalized, you can expect to receive your Rental Agreement, along with a secure link to verify your identity and payment method, as well as a form for registering your accompanying guests. Upon completion of these requirements and receipt of your deposit to secure your booking, a confirmation email will promptly follow. Detailed arrival instructions, including the access code for your vacation home, will be dispatched 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Please note that full payment must be settled before access instructions can be provided.   • What is my check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in begins promptly at 4:00 pm, while check-out time is at 10:00 am. For the convenience of our guests who book through Reunion Resort & Golf Club, we provide a 24-hour check-in service at our lobby. Whether you arrive in the early hours or late in the evening, rest assured, we'll be here to extend our warm welcome upon your arrival.

  • Can you accommodate early check-in or late check out times?

    Early check-in or late check-out options are available upon request for an additional charge. Prices vary per unit, and both services are subject to availability. Requests for early check-ins and late check-outs must be made and confirmed within 48 hours prior to your arrival. To arrange for early check-in or late check-out, please contact the property directly for assistance. Fees will vary depending on the home and the requested time of arrival or departure.

  • What are the advantages of booking a vacation home directly through Reunion Resort & Golf Club rather than from a third-party rental company?

    Booking directly with Reunion Resort & Golf Club guarantees full and unrestricted access to our exceptional amenities, including our renowned water park and signature golf courses. While third-party rental companies may offer accommodations, access to Reunion's amenities and services can be significantly limited. The only exceptions to this rule are qualifying homes from Reunion Resort's Preferred Rental Partners - Jeeves, Magical Vacation Homes, Rentyl and Florida Vacation Homes.

  • What amenities does Reunion Resort & Golf Club offer, and are there any additional charges for them?

    Guests who reserve accommodations through Reunion Resort & Golf Club or approved rentals thru any of Reunion’s Preferred Rental Partners - Jeeves, Magical Vacation Homes, Rentyl and Florida Vacation Homes - enjoy complete access to our array of amenities. These include our expansive water park, three distinguished golf courses, on-resort shuttle service, tennis courts, and much more. Many amenities, like the water park, are complimentary with the resort fee, while others, such as rounds of golf, may require an additional charge.   • Do you charge a resort fee?

    Yes, there is a mandatory daily resort fee applied to all room rates at Reunion Resort. This fee covers access to amenities and activities around the resort for registered guests, including: - Complimentary WiFi internet - Access to 3 signature golf courses and tennis center* - Water park access with floats, lounge chairs, and umbrellas - Access to 7 pools around the resort - Access to play Pickleball, FootGolf, Mini Golf* - Bicycle rentals for use around the resort* - Driving range and short game practice area - Fitness center access - Business center access

    The standard resort fee is $40 per night plus tax, but may vary for larger vacation home rentals. This fee is included on your vacation rental total and covers all registered guests in your party.

  • What is required at check-out?

    As you prepare for check-out, we kindly request that you strip the beds of sheets and linens, and gather used towels from bathrooms, placing them in the designated laundry area. Additionally, please ensure all trash cans are emptied, and leave secured bags on a tiled surface at or near the front door. Ensure all doors and windows are securely closed and locked. Lastly, don't forget to thoroughly check for all personal belongings before departing. Upon your final departure, securely close the front door. There is no need to visit the front desk for checkout.

  • What is Reunion Resort & Golf Club cancellation policy?

    To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total stay amount (inclusive of taxes and service fees) is required at the time of booking. This deposit becomes non-refundable 48 hours after the booking is made. The remaining balance must be settled 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
    Should you need to cancel your reservation, please note that cancellations made within 0-29 days prior to the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Reunion Resort regrets its inability to waive ANY cancellation charges under any circumstances. Once a reservation has been confirmed, changes to the reservation dates or rental property are not permitted. Any attempt to modify the reservation will be considered a cancellation, subject to the cancellation policy. Please be advised that no refunds will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, or any unused days during your reservation.

  • Can you accommodate changes to my vacation rental reservation?

    After a reservation is confirmed, alterations to rental properties or reductions in nights are not permitted. However, adding extra nights is possible subject to availability. Any additional nights added will be charged at the prevailing rates at the time of modification.

  • Does Reunion Resort & Golf Club require a minimum night stay?

    Yes, all Reunion® Resort & Golf Club accommodations are equipped with a washer and dryer either in the unit or in the building.

  • What are some of the features of my vacation home?

    Each residence within Reunion Resort boasts its own distinctive charm and array of amenities, allowing you to select the ideal space and features to suit your family or group's preferences. From private pools and home theaters to game rooms and themed bedrooms, our vacation homes offer a wealth of options to enhance your stay. Every vacation home is furnished to ensure a memorable and hassle-free experience. Additionally, property amenities include complimentary local calls, high-speed wireless internet access, a fully-equipped kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, as well as essential items such as an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, towels, linens, and cleaning supplies. To kick start your stay, we also provide a complimentary starter package of soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. You will be responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed for the duration of your stay.

  • What should we do if we have an issue with the home?

    If you experience an emergency in your vacation rental unit, our engineering team is available to help. You can request assistance by calling our 24/7 guest services line at 407-662-1000. Engineering staff are on-site daily from 9:00am to 10:00pm to handle non-emergency repairs. Please call our emergency line if you have an urgent issue like a water leak or appliance malfunction that requires immediate attention, even outside of normal business hours. We strive to respond to all maintenance requests as quickly as possible for your convenience.

  • Do all Reunion Resort vacation homes rentals have kitchens?

    Yes, every accommodation at Reunion Resort & Golf Club features a fully-equipped kitchen. Whether you're planning to whip up gourmet meals or simply prefer the convenience of having a kitchen during your vacation, you'll appreciate the flexibility and comfort it offers.

  • Are the kitchens in the home fully equipped?

    Each of our homes is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, range, microwave, and dishwasher. Furthermore, every vacation home includes convenient amenities such as a toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils.

  • Do all Reunion Resort vacation home rentals have a washer and dryer?

    For all your laundry needs, your home away from home has you covered! Each vacation rental property (with exception to the ones located in the Seven Eagles community) is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board, ensuring your stay is as convenient as it is comfortable.

  • Are the pools heated? Do I need to pay for pool heat to have the spa/hot tub heated?

    The Reunion Club pools, including the water park, are typically heated to around 80 degrees during cooler months for guest comfort. For private home pools, pool heat is available at an additional daily fee for most properties.
    To have the spa heated, pool heat must be ordered with your reservation. The spa or hot tub cannot be heated independently and shares the same water as the pool. It's important to note that once the heat is activated, it may take several hours to warm the pool. The same applies for heating the spa however, during cooler weather, the pool heater may not reach the desired temperature due to ambient air conditions and the type of pool heater your rental home has installed.

  • Will heated pools cool down over night?

    The pool heaters are set on a timer, activating in the morning and deactivating in the evening. As a result, some cooling may occur overnight when the air temperature drops. For safety reasons, guests are not allowed to adjust the pool heater settings at any point during their stay; this task must be performed by a trained engineer.

  • Can I use the elevator on my vacation rental unit?

    Elevators located in our vacation rental homes are generally reserved solely for homeowner use. However, we do have a small number of select rental homes where the elevator may be available for guest usage as well. These homes will clearly indicate elevator access for renters in the property's description on our website. If elevator access is needed for your stay, please be sure to only book a home that specifies elevator usage is permitted for guests. Our reservations team can also double check accessibility when booking. We aim to provide clear expectations ahead of time so you can find the perfect accessible rental for your needs.   • What is your cleaning schedule for vacation rental homes?

    We thoroughly clean and sanitize each rental home before your arrival and after your departure. Cleaning supplies like vacuums, mops, and brooms are provided in case you need to tidy up at all. If you would like a full mid-stay cleaning, we're happy to schedule that for an additional fee with at least 48 hours’ notice. We aim to provide you a spotless, comfortable home upon check-in. Daily cleaning is not included with your stay, but please reach out if you need any extra cleaning services for a fee.

  • Is it ok to have visitors when you stay at Reunion Resort & Golf Club?

    Guests staying in our vacation homes are allowed to have visitors join them and use resort amenities during their stay as long as it does not exceed the max occupancy of the vacation rental. For example, if you book an 8-person home but only have 6 staying, you can extend free access to resort amenities for 2 visitors. Please contact our Guest Services team if you have any questions about visitors - we're happy to help coordinate. Visitors may be asked to check-in at Guest Services upon arrival for access passes and information. We aim to make Reunion Resort a welcoming place for all guests and their friends and family.

  • Do you allow trailers or oversized vehicle parking?

    Unfortunately, we do not allow parking of trailers, RVs, campers, or oversized vehicles anywhere on the resort property, including home driveways. Our garage parking is also reserved solely for homeowners and not available for guest use. If you need recommendations on nearby storage facilities or RV parks to accommodate oversized vehicles during your stay, our concierge team would be happy to assist you. Please contact us prior to your arrival so we can explore alternatives and ensure you have a wonderful vacation.

  • How do I book a family reunion at Reunion® Resort?

    If you are coming with a small group, booking several villas or homes (or even one or two of our larger homes, some of which have up to 13 bedrooms) may be perfect for you. If you plan to book five villas or homes or less, please contact our Reservations Team at 833.258.0472. If your group is larger than five villas or homes, our Catering Team will be happy to assist you; please call 407.396.5200.

  • Do you allow pets?

    We understand many guests consider their pets part of the family and wish they could bring them along on vacation. However, we regret that pets are not allowed in our villas and vacation rental homes. We do make exceptions for certified service animals. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

  • Are your vacation homes non-smoking?

    Smoking is prohibited inside the villas and vacation rental homes at Reunion Resort. This includes smoking on any outdoor patio or balcony attached to the home. However, we do have designated outdoor smoking areas located around the property for your convenience. Please contact our Guest Services team and we would be happy to provide you with information on the locations of these designated smoking areas.

  • Do you have accessible vacation rentals for guests with disabilities?

    Yes, we do have vacation homes and villas that have accessible features. Please call 833-258-0472 and our reservations team can assist you in finding a rental that meets your accessibility needs. We also have units equipped for hearing impaired guests. We aim to provide an enjoyable, convenient vacation for all guests, regardless of ability.   • How do I book a large group or family reunion at Reunion Resort?

    Reunion Resort offers excellent accommodations for family reunions and large group events. For groups needing 5 villas/homes or less, simply contact our Reservations Team at 833-258-0472 to book multiple units. We have several spacious homes that accommodate up to 13 bedrooms if housed together. For very large events with over 5 villas/homes needed, our dedicated Sales Team can assist you with booking, planning and coordinating group activities.
